Round digitally printed pins in standard sizes offer a slightly faster and easier way to create custom pins.

Printed pins coated with epoxy are ideal for designs that require high detail and for those with multiple colors.

They can be produced based on designs in both CMYK and Pantone colors.

The technique used for these pins is known as offset printing. The entire design is printed onto a rubber plate, which is then transferred to the die-cut pin.

The advantage of offset printing is the ability to include multiple colors in the design, for example, using gradients. Unlike screen-printed pins, where each color must be applied one at a time, making this other type of pin more expensive in small quantities.

Due to the predetermined sizes, the cost is lower compared to custom-shaped/sized pins, and some time can be saved in terms of graphic work and mold production.

There is a minimum order of 100 pieces for round epoxy pins.
