Product Declaration

Store in a dark and cool place:
According to the health department guidelines, the shelf life of a food product depends on specific storage conditions, hence this text. Water should be stored in a dark and cool place to maintain its specific properties.

Best before:
Food items labeled with "best before" must, if necessary, be supplemented with an indication of the storage instructions that must be followed to ensure the stated shelf life.
"Best before" has been introduced by the health department, based on the whole discussion about food waste, instead of "minimum durability date".

Produced in the EU by:
According to the food safety authority's requirements, it is not possible to change this text, as it is extremely important that the product indicates where and by whom it has been produced.

Deposit label and barcode:
Cannot be changed in color and size, as the product would then not be readable in the Danish Return System's reverse vending machines. This means that the deposit label and barcode must be black and white, even on transparent labels.
